Project Details
New pool also gets the artificial grass treatment.
A truly unique installation, the homeowners trusted us to create two distinct areas for their friends and family to enjoy. In addition to raising the property to create a larger area to play, we also added a custom outdoor shower with copper piping and teak wall and floor units. We also added a block privacy wall to hide the pool equipment and capped with the same travertine slabs used for the pool coping.
This project required surrounding the property with a concrete retaining wall, up to 2.5 ft at it’s highest point, to be able to make the most of the available space. It also allowed us to create two distinct areas for them to enjoy.

Two Tiered Garden
Kevin prepping arguably the most important part of the project, the base. Don’t worry, it percolates.
Turf Going Down
Notice the clear travertine transition and step from the pool area to fun zone.

Travertine Step
How cool is it the way this yard was broken up into two areas!
Custom Copper Shower
For this shower we ran both hot and cold water and gave the rinse area a unique look with this custom teak wall unit and shower pan that sits over a hidden drain. Stay tuned for the completed shower unit (this is before adding a shower head and attaching to wall unit).

Wooden Swings
We can’t take all the credit for these swings (we only put in the eye rings), but, how rad does that look!?
Ditched the Paver
Pool Deck
We couldn’t have been happier with how this project turned out.
